The Board of Education, consisting of the Director & Founder, the principal, vice principal and Curriculum coordinator, Chief trainer, Head of Departments, is governing body of P.E.C. Currently 80 teachers and 30 other staffs. All the teaching staffs must have Master of education or Bachelor of education or Bachelor degree and an ELT (English language Teaching) diploma and sit for the entrance exam and interview. In addition, the administration staff must be graduates.
